I started the process to sell my house in early February 2023, interviewed a number of top real estate agents/brokers including Michael Miguel and he stood out as the person that could get the job done. His impressive record in closed sales, professionalism and loyalty to his clients were important to me and he proved this all throughout the sales process. Michael and his team (i.e. Edwin and Karen) rose to the occasion, helped me navigate various challenges in the sales process whether it was with scheduling, contract negotiations and some other delicate issues that would under normal circumstances destroy a deal. After having my house on the market for six months with very little “action,” we asked Michael and his staff to list our house. Michael took the time to not only come to see our house, but to explain how he would handle the sale differently.
We went from having about 10 viewings over six months with the previous broker to an average of over 10 per week for the duration of our agreement with him. The person responsible for showing our house, Edwin, was professional, flexible and patient with both the potential buyers and the sellers (a divorce situation).
Both Michael and Edwin were easily accessible and if not immediately available, returned calls within minutes.
