After having my house on the market for six months with very little “action,” we asked Michael and his staff to list our house. Michael took the time to not only come to see our house, but to explain how he would handle the sale differently. We went from having about 10 viewings over six months with the previous broker to an average of over 10 per week for the duration of our agreement with him. The person responsible for showing our house, Edwin, was professional, flexible and patient with both the potential buyers and the sellers (a divorce situation). Both Michael and Edwin were easily accessible and if not immediately available, returned calls within minutes. Once I gave Mike (Michael) the opportunity to market the property it didn’t take long for him and his team to find a solid buyer. I believe it was no more than 1 month.
